Kristen Lockerby
Kristen grew up in Ontario, where she was a competitive barrel racer and gymnast for many years. After graduating from Queen’s University’s Physical Therapy Program in 2013, she moved to Terrace, BC, where she practiced for her first six years before moving to West Kelowna in 2019.
Kristen’s clinical focus includes orthopaedic manual therapy, active exercise-based rehabilitation, acupuncture, Gunn IMS, and vestibular therapy. She has a special interest in treating TMJ concerns, shoulder injuries, neck pain, and foot dysfunctions, while also helping patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns get back to moving and feeling better.
Outside the clinic, Kristen enjoys an active lifestyle with her family and can often be found hiking, skiing, or paddle boarding on the lake. She is also a volunteer coach with the Telemark cross-country ski program.
