Alicia Bryan
Alicia was born and raised in Kelowna and has always been passionate about health, movement, and helping others feel their best. She earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan and spent several years working as a kinesiologist in both Kelowna and Calgary before moving to Australia, where she worked in the orthopedic industry. Upon returning to the Okanagan, she pursued her passion for hands-on patient care and completed her Registered Massage Therapy training at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.
Alicia uses a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction, emphasizing education and movement-based rehabilitation. Alicia particularly enjoys working with individuals dealing with shoulder injuries, headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and pre- and post-natal care. She has worked with everyone from varsity athletes and weekend warriors to everyone in between. Her goal is to help patients move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Alicia enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and taking advantage of everything the Okanagan outdoors has to offer.
