Adam St. Croix
I was born in Prince George, British Columbia, and later moved to my parents home province of Newfoundland and Labrador, where I grew up and completed my early education. I attended Memorial University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration before pursuing a career in physiotherapy.
My passion for physiotherapy developed through my involvement in sports and my experiences working with both youth and older adults in the community. These opportunities showed me the importance of helping people stay active and improve their quality of life.
I completed my BSC (Honors) Physiotherapy degree in London, England at Brunel University. This opportunity gave me experience treating a diverse patient population with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and orthopaedic conditions. My treatment approach focuses on individualized, patient-centred care, with an emphasis on active rehabilitation and helping patients achieve their goals
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through outdoor activities, going to the gym, and participating in sports. My favourite sports to play and watch are hockey, soccer, and golf.
