Emilee is BC raised and has an affinity for the mountains. She grew up playing competitive hockey and baseball, and competing in CrossFit competitions. Emilee graduated from the Okanagan’s University of British Columbia with her Bachelor in Human Kinetics. She loves working with athletes in a training capacity but also enjoys teaching people how to move their bodies to overcome injury in a clinical environment. She strongly believes that everyone has the ability to move pain free again with education in proper movement patterns. Emilee enjoys nature in her free time from hiking and kayaking in the summer to snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter.
