Mike graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. While at UBC Mike played varsity soccer and was awarded the distinction of Academic All Canadian for his scholarly and athletic accomplishments. Mike has extensive post graduate training. He has a Diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy (spinal and joint manipulations) and is a certified practitioner in both Medical Acupuncture and Gunn IMS (intramuscular stimulation).

Mike initially worked in a number of Vancouver Private Practices before his move to the Okanagan in 2003. In Vancouver he gained valuable insight working with athletic injuries and specifically core stabilization while working at 8 Rinks Physiotherapy. Mike enjoys working with both the athletic population as well as those individuals who are less active. Mike is fanatically passionate about soccer and is actively involved in the soccer community both as a player and a coach. He looks forward to helping both his previous patients and new patients in their search for optimal health.
